About the business

1. Which brands do you stock/use? (50 words max)

2. Please explain your salon’s philosophy and point of difference from the competition (200 words max)

3. Please explain how the salon excels at customer service (Please give examples) (200 words max)

4. Please outline your key marketing and operational initiatives for the last 12 months and give evidence / examples of how these have helped your business (400 words max)

5. What is your retail strategy and how do you measure its success? (400 words max)

6. Have you or your team done anything to champion or develop the nails industry (e.g. work as an educator, speaker, judge, mentor, product or treatment developer, or work in your local community)? If so please provide details and dates (200 words max)

7. Please outline your therapists' qualifications and your ongoing training & development policy including dates of most recent CPD (400 words max)

When uploading files, make sure they are in only one of the following formats: The Awards system supports JPEGs, non-animated GIFs, TIFFs, PDFs DOC and XLS files only.

You must upload at least 2 pictures of your business; for example, the interior or exterior of your salon or a picture of your team.  You could also upload your treatment menu and any other supporting material you feel may help your entry.
Please ensure you Zip your attachments into 1 file.

Please upload photographs of your SALON, showing both interior and exterior. You should provide at least one picture of the reception, one picture of a treatment room, and one from the outside. You MUST upload images of your salon to enter this award – images of candles, towels, or products do not count and will be deleted from your entry.
